The staff was helpful. Got a good-sized room with air conditioning, nice view - always come in handy. - There were an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware provided. - the location seemed peaceful and great, near Aygedzor supermarket.

The staff spoke very well English and was very helpful. I could ask them many information on Erevan.

The location is a bit far away from the center, but it is close to a metro station.

We were really surprised by the spacious and well-furnished rooms at Capital Hotel. The bathrooms exceeded hotel standards in size and cleanliness. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the rooms. We especially appreciated the balcony with a good view, exactly what we had booked. The reception staff, particularly a friendly girl, were very good by ordering us a taxi for our early morning departure. Despite some minor inconveniences, we would definitely recommend this hotel for its affordable price and comfortable accommodations. a great choice for the price range.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating, adjusting my breakfast timing and providing daily cleaning upon request. I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The room was very large, comfortable, and clean with a nice view from the balcony. The staff provided excellent service, particularly Nora from administration who was very helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the various tourist attractions.

The hotel is located in a central area close to various shops and restaurants. Our room was big and had a stocked mini-fridge. The hotel also has a small pool, perfect for a quick dip on a hot day.

The walls are quite thin and we could hear the noise from the neighboring rooms. the bathroom was not well-maintained and some of the tiles were broken.

Spent Xmas in this hotel and they did their best to create a festive vibe with some decorations and a special dinner. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. They have a small but nice pool and good breakfast options. the location is great, close to public transportation and some restaurants.

The staff seemed to be indifferent and not very friendly. the room cleaning service was not consistent, some days they forgot to clean our room.

The rooms were well-maintained with air conditioning and a view. The location was perfect, close to the city center and areas of interest for tourists.

One small improvement would be to have special sidewalks for luggage as there are mainly stairs in this hotel.
